Dr Monique Andrews is a chiropractor, neuroscientist and international award-winning speaker who has been teaching about health, the human body and its expression for 20 years. She is affectionately known as “Dr Mo” and is admired by students and patients for her ability to make even the most difficult concepts understandable. Before becoming a chiropractor, Dr Mo was a research neuroscientist, publishing in the fields of psychoneuroimmunology and neurobiology on stress and reward. Over the past 20 years she has studied with world-leading experts such as Sue Brown, Gabor Mate, Peter Levine and Bessel Van der Kolk.

Dr Mo is also the co-founder of the PRANA Foundation,

where she combines western neuroscience with eastern somatic techniques to mentor and teach workshops, masterminds and transformative retreats around the world. As a chiropractor, her mission is to help others find their way and support them in their development through mentorship, education, community and love.
